I've written to customer service and the webmaster regarding this issue a couple times, but haven't received any helpful replies.
I purchased the Moog Modular V in 2003 while living in London. I used it for a few years and then packed up my studio and eventually moved back to the USA. I am opening up the studio again, and am now trying to update the Modular V software. The email I originally registered the product with hasn't been active for years, so I missed the information providing login details, etc for the new Arturia website.
I recently created a new arturia.com account with my current email. I have attempted to register my product with this account, but receive the message that the license number is already in the database (likely with my old, inactive email)
Does anyone know how to get my product registered with the new email address/unregistered with the old one?
