Problems with brand new Minilab
« on: September 12, 2013, 08:15:59 pm »
Just got it, installed ok, authorised...

After playing with it for a while the encoders started to only go in one direction (as described here http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=13587.0)

So today I've installed the latest firmware, and now it's getting stuck on a sound when I play a key, and then the keyboard becomes unresponsive. It does this in standalone and Cubase.

I'm on Windows 7 64-bit.

What can I do?

Keyboard still becoming unresponsive after a while.

No response from tech support.

What is wrong with this company? Can't be good for business when people see these unresolved complaints

Ok, Maybe more details on the firmware version can be helpful.

Yes, I installed that one (as stated above). I did submit a more detailed explanation to tech support, but there's been no reply. Close to sending this back for a refund. It's a shame because the sounds are great.

You are aware that the support system is down? (link from email http://fogbugz.arturia.com/fogbugz/default.asp?139554_k1i3ka0b5h3qgp18)

If you are having difficulties you should at least let your customers know. That fact that even your bug tracker is down isn't a good sign.

Update didnt help, knobs are still unresponsive beyond unusable. My minilab annoys the hell out of me and sits in a corner collecting dust.Very, very dissapointed with Arturia at this moment, but somehow still optimistic you folks can fix this and make a bunch of customers happy again.
