V3 Collection - No link/no reply

Ive purchased the V3 collection from Arturia but havent recieved any download link etc. I find this really bad that i have to wait for my code. Every other product ive ever ordered online is downloadable instantly. i have sent 4/5 emails to customer support with no reply?

need to sort this asap? please help

I bought this like 8 days ago. I've sent countless emails. I have done what I was asked to do but still I dont have the download links or codes.. its ridiculous that no one will reply to your email from arturia. I've tried various methods but they seem to have given up! are you guys off cuz of Christmas break??

Can someone PLEASE resolve this issue for me.. its been more than a week I would LOVE to make some sounds before my winter break ends.

I purchased the V Collection 5 days ago and still no serial either. I've emailed sales but haven't had a response.
I downloaded the files from your website but there's no way for me to register/authorise. Can someone please send me my serial number?!

Same issue here-- purchased last month, tried the contact form on the website and multiple other methods of reaching support to no avail.

Can someone please help me out?

I am in the same boat here. I purchased the bundle on the 31st and I still have not received my activation codes. A message from support said that the funds were held by my bank, but the funds left immediately after I purchased it. On top of that my bank charged me an international transaction fee.

This is completely unacceptable, I can't believe so many other people have dealt with this.

Arturia support, please send me my licenses....

Hey All. Finally worked it out.

Even though I'd been checking my spam daily, turns out that my usually solid email forwarding hadn't been sending the mail from Arturia through - it's been getting stuck in my OTHER account's spam folder. This is weird, as everything else comes through (including mail from Arturia) but in this instance it wasn't.

Anyone with email forwarding set up should check this out.

Apologies to Arturia for doubting you!!
