Two days ago I got a reply to my technical support request (Case 150498), but I was given the same old activation code which is stuck on the dead hard-disk. I need a new one, not the same old Activation Key.
In the reply, John (who replied to my request), said that "he can see that I requested an activation code on the 24th of December". Of course I did, because I got my Arturia Analog Experience for Christmas and, I will explain again, after installing it, i played it for 5-6 hours after which my hard disk died (a case of BAD LUCK by the book, i would say) and that is why I am requesting a new activation code so soon after my initial registration - to clear all uncertainties up.
Please, it is soooo frustrating to look at the new keyboard and not be able to play it. It's not my fault that my hard disk died on me. To be honest, I am a bit worried if in the future I will experience new problems with my computer, how will I be able to reinstall the product on a new PC?
Anyone from support, help, please. It's been 4 days since I have the keyboard and am still looking at it. Again, the case number I got from the Tech Support is: Case 150498.
