Bugs (Settings + MIDI indicator)

Found these small bugs in Standalone mode.

1. At Settings / MIDI & Audio settings select: ASIO Fireface (FF800 in my case)
Bug: Active Output Channels section has wrong or no names.

2. MIDI Input indicator doesn't work in Riff-mode
