CC mappings

Is there an available CC mappings list that would help us easily map our existing controllers to control all the other Spark controls ? Since there's no MIDI learn (that I know of).

I guess the hardware will fill this gap when it's ready for release.
But i'd love to map my controller to Spark as well....

Sure  ...but my initial intention with this was to help us (me) on the tests.

I could avoid using the mouse so much for some easily mappable controls, like the transport, tap and other mode/selection buttons and more importantly the FX touchpad that I could map it to my X-Station's X/Y touchpad.

Using the keyboard shortcut keys isn't really enough, I'm afraid, at least to someone so used to get things done through MIDI controllers.

There should be a MIDI assignation.
If you Cmd+click (Mac) or Ctrl+Click (Windows) on a knob, a MIDI assignation popup appears.
If it is not working, it is a bug.

It works fine in the plugin version (AU in my case). In the standalone version does not work.
I command+click on a knob, the assign window appears, i click on Learn, move the knob in my Novation Remote 61 SL but the controller never assigns. (It works manually though...) I'll report it as a bug.

btw, I forgot to mention on my bug report that the FX touchpad also lacks a MIDI learn.

It would be great to be able to map my X-Station's X/Y touchpad to it

MIDI learn works in Windows 7 64bit with Standalone at least, on the few controls that have the MIDI learn pop-up working.

The only issue to be careful with, is that Spark's only getting MIDI Channel 1 data, so it'll ignore all but Channel 1. For instance, it's ignoring my Channel 10 PADs (dunno if that's by design).

Yes it is by design but maybe a mistake.
If we want to be GM drums compatible we have to play at least on channel 10.

I thought so too.

yup, at least Ch10, besides Ch1, unless that's possible to set through Setup.
