Tape Power On (to pair it up with the Power Off effect)

Maybe as an option, but it would be cool to also have the Tape Power On effect after triggering the Power Off effect... as we release the touchpad :)

Please consider this maybe on a future version, 'cause I'm guessing now it's too close to release to even consider feature requests at this point ;)
