The Laboratory 49 Keyboard Controller Problem
« on: August 27, 2011, 08:41:26 pm »
Well, the product is up an running on my old Dell PC so I've answered my other post!

Well, it was working...

Anyway, after spending a few days playing with the programme, and then configuring the keyboard to run with my old Reason 2.5, I thought I would look at the Midi Control Centre, just to see what it was all about - all appeared straightforward.

However, as soon as I went back into the Lab programme, ALL rotary encoder controls on the Keyboard suddently had values restricted between 61 - 67 severely limiting control over Level, Cutoff, Resonance etc.

I've tried to reset the keboard through the Midi Control Centre, and deleted and reinstalled the main programme but this hasn't made any difference.

I've emailed Technical Support so we'll see if I get a response.

VERY disappointed as the sounds/control/keyboard were great initially.

Any ideas welcome.

Cheers

Just found the same problem and a cure on page 3 of the Forum!  Should have chacked I suppose, but then why is it that us users have to fix things ourselves?
