I just purchased this Analog Player new from GuitarCenter.com and am typing the serial number and unlock code in correctly on your website, and it says Serial Invalid.
I've sent the serial to Arturia via email, and also tried calling the number listed for the US office (which is actually a distributor NOT Arturia, although it's listed as Arturia US on the website).
I am going to give this about ten more minutes, and then back in the box it goes for a full refund.
This feels like buying a lemon already.
