well well well lol

Pushed back to the 18th now - I have a feeling the dealers have no clue and Arturia is not updating them properly.

Interesting, there's a chance my GAS may have subsided by the time this thing hits the shelves. I've spent the day with Reaktor & it seems to have helped me a bit  :)

Yes there are potential hidden features. Sysex control of the software editable elements, would be one example. Input method of the arpeggiator would be another. A manual would allow us to put to rest whether velocity affects the minibrute or just external gear hooked up via midi.

Sysex control of the software editable elements is available via the USB port (MIDI over USB) only at this time. The description of those SysEx messages is not included in the manual, but will be published soon.
Input method of the Arpeggiator is one of those parameters (Arpeggiator Hold Time Sorted On/Off)

Velocity does not affect the analog synth engine, which only receives CV/Gate information, but velocity is transmitted via MIDI/USB.
However, aftertouch can be routed to either vibrato or filter cutoff.

So anyone been lucky yet? They should call it the Arturia Ghost lol
All I know is my retailer is either ill informed or just plain rude, not sure yet which is the case.
So far not getting a response from Arturia on my simple question if any units are actually on the way to the UK. Ah well, customer service is of course not important these days...

AAAHHHH,Finaly mine is arrived.
Got it!
I played it whole morning and I have to say that it's sounds good but not the way I wanted .
I compared the waves with the logic es 2 waves and I must confess that the es2 sounds fatter :(.
Also the knobs feels a little cheap.
Another thing is ,I'm already missing is the presets save button.
I never thought that I would miss it so hard.
I'm happy that I have it but now I'm running with my head against the wall and wake up and find out that no preset save button is a true hell and makes this handy thing a nightmare.

So this is how the zombie apocalypse really starts, from us growing mad from one failed release date to the next, until we cannot be recognized by our own family or friends. People on this forum will turn on each other accusing others of getting their Brutes first. But they will deny it even if they really did get theirs in. Wouldn't you? You can't trust mankind when natural resources like Miinibrutes are scarce and almost non existent. There just simply is not enough to go around. Generally decent people like you and me going into to music stores trying to play other keyboards as if they were Minibrutes. The employees will try to be helpful at first. Saying stuff like "hey man did you plan on walking out with that Mg today". " NO I AM NOT PLAYING A FUCKING Mg I AM PLAYING A MINIBRUTE AND YES I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE IT!" one may scream back. Minibrute enthusiast will be denied entry to our favorite music stores one by one. Arturia will try to alleviate the problem by promising more and more release dates. Some of the more optimistic blokes will lose sleep excited by the anticipation. General health will decline a sudden loss of appetite and no longer an interest in porn. But the release dates never come. Confusion will set in fast followed by riots. The socially fabric of society will erode faster than governments can keep up with. Everything human progress has built up will be no more. All will seem lost but there will be one last hope. A great hero (probably me) who will discover a way to rebuild a greater society than the last based on Minibrute technology from the demo versions and ................................  Oh sorry about that. Yeah I am still waiting for mine as well.

Hello all,

I'm Denis, in charge of international sales at Arturia.

So far not a single Minibrute unit has been sold to an end user. The above message is a troll.

Funny troll...I have to admit... ;D

All the best,

Denis

The first batch of units from the factory is actually set to clear US customs in Seattle this week.
Long-time pre-ordered units should start showing up at some US dealers next week, so there will be a whole group of customers who will receive their pre-order during the last week of June.
