Hi, new to the forums. I'm an employee for MOOG Audio in Toronto, ON.
We have an Origin Desktop that has never been able to update properly since we received it. I believe it's still running version 1.0? We tried to run the update that was released today and the Origin just doesn't sync with the software. I see that in the pdf instructions it says to send the log file to Phillipe via a "file transfer utility"? I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction?
