How the hell do you guys contact Arturia !!!!!!!
« on: September 18, 2012, 03:17:50 pm »
I've been emailing for weeks trying to get them to remove serial numbers ,
this is the story, i'm buying some arturia software from a guy in USA. He has tried to contact Arturia for weeks and weeks to ask them to remove serials from his account. I have also been trying to contact them I get NO response.
What do I do!!! I'm so frustrated now.
What suggestions

Worst customer service ever. The help system is broken and when you do finally get a reply (weeks later) there's no followup. I've spent 3 weeks and counting trying to upgrade from V Collection 2 to 3. How hard could that be? I really feel like no on actually works at Arturia.

Trent Reznor tweet from 2 weeks ago:"Arturia make great sounding plug-ins but their copy protection is shitty and their "customer support" is even worse."

The Author corrected them on this point (but didn't elaborate - I assume he meant that ARP then changed the filter) and claimed that the person he spoke with would address it. The matter of what the author described as a "shark tooth" wave which he saw using a scope on the miniMg was used as the triangle wave on the 2600V was left hanging there. scottsdaledigitalagency.com
