I Never Received My Download Link

     I purchased a Jupiter 8V VST yesterday afternoon, and I still have not received the download link. I only received a receipt and I'm very confused. Could you guys help me? Apparently this is a common problem, you guys should try to fix that!

It wasn't on my spam folder. I already received it but two and a half days later You guys should check on that! I'm a patient guy but I read the comments of some really explosive people, and it's never good give customers the opportunity to explode! The Jupiter v8 is amazing!

Hello all! New here. I bought the SEM V just 15 minutes ago and was hoping to have my download link immediately. I want to begin recording with the synth. But...no links. Nothing. And payment went through. What's the wait?

I just purchased the V-collection, and have the same experience.  Paid for it on the 3rd, and Support has been very slow to help me resolve the issue, even after opening a support ticket.   

I finally found all the downloads on my own, only to realize that the V-Collection installer doesn't even load the latest versions.  Had to go through one by one and update them all.  After that, don't have sound from SEM, Analog Lab, Analog Laboratory, and Wurlitzer.  They generate no sound, or just lock up and have to be closed with Force Quit.

Not good.  What did I get myself into?  Should I just reverse my charges now and go on my way?
