Marketing and Press Relations Coordinator


You will join our Marketing team composed of 9 persons located in several countries. You will be in charge of the coordination of recurrent marketing actions, optimizing their implementation and ensuring deadlines are met. You will be working horizontally with the rest of the team and facilitate collective performance, under the supervision of the Marketing Director.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Define schedules related to the recurrent marketing actions – product launches, digital campaigns, newsletters, etc. – in collaboration with the Marketing Director and the other team members
  • Coordinate all the internal actors – marketing team members, sound designers, product managers, test team, etc. – involved in these marketing actions to ensure deadlines are met: follow, communicate, alert, arbitrate, look for solutions, with the aim of facilitating the work of the team.
  • Manage press relations in collaboration with the UK Marketing Manager
  • Produce relevant reporting
  • Organize the company’s participation in specialized events (NAMM, Superbooth, etc.)


  • Higher education in Marketing or equivalent skills
  • Significant experience – at least 4 years – within a Marketing department or within a communication / press agency
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigourous and able to take a step back
  • Leadership, very good interpersonal skills, efficient communication, diplomacy
  • Knowledge of the musical industry, synthesizers, MIDI controllers, music production tools, and/or specialized press
  • Fluent English required (oral/written), knowledge of French is a plus
  • Ideally, you are a musician, DJ or producer yourself
