First few explanations for those who don't know much about the Reamping.
Reamping allows to output a recorded signal from your computer through the AudioFuse, to an amplifier at the correct impedance.

This can be very convenient if you want to process your recorded tracks later after a recording session, as you can take your time, carefully fine tune your recording settings (Amplifier, microphones, etc..) and get the best from your recording session, even if the musicians are not in the studio anymore.

You can also output the sound from a virtual instrument into an amplifier in order to make it more alive & realistic.

To process your tracks with the reamping function, please do as below:

  • Open the AudioFuse Control Center
  • Enable the "FROM PHONE 2" + "RE AMPING" switch.
  • Eventually turn on the "GROUND LIFT" switch if a ground loop noise is noticed.

  • Once "reamping" is enabled, connect the Speaker B Left Output to your guitar amplifier.
  • Playback your previously recorded track
  • Record the reshaped audio from your amplifier to your DAW with your favourite microphone.
And that's it, thanks to this feature, you can now take your time, carefully select your amplifiers, effects & microphones in order to get the best results from your past recording sessions or and some true character to your VST tracks.

One of the AudioFuse interesting feature is  the possibility to control your speakers volume separately.
You can set your speaker B output volume to be controlled by the Phone 2 volume potentiometer, while the speaker A output is still controller by the main volume encoder.
.
To do that, this is very simple, you simply have to open the AudioFuse Control Center, and enable Speaker B: "From Phone 2"

That's it, your Speaker B volume should now be controlled by the Phone 2 potentiometer.

/!\ Once this mode has been enabled, the Phone 2 potentiometer will control both volumes at the same time.

First you will need to have two AudioFuse units plugged in with the Power supply unit and the main USB cable (Arturia cable).
In order to aggregate two AudioFuse units, please go to the Utilities > Audio Midi setup > Window > Audio Devices.

  • First, please make sure your two AudioFuse are properly listed.

  • Click on the small “+” icon on the bottom left corner of the interface, and select “Create aggregate device

create agregate

  • Then, on the right side, select the two AudioFuses.

select devices

  • A single 16 Inputs & 16 Outputs Aggregate Device should now appear in the list.

The AudioFuse is compatible with iPads and can be used  with its original power supply but also also with an external USB powerbank.

To do that, you will need the following accessories:

1 x Apple official Lightning to USB adapter
1 x AudioFuse official USB cable
1 x AudioFuse Power supply OR 1 x External USB powerbank (Minimum 2000mA are necessary to power the AudioFuse)

Then here is how to proceed.

With the power supply:
1.  Connect the power supply to your AudioFuse.
2. Connect the Apple official Lightning to USB adapter to your iPad.
3. Connect the AudioFuse cable thick USB side to the lightning to USB adapter.
4. Connect the AudioFuse cable micro USB to your AudioFuse.
5. The AudioFuse will be automatically detected & used as the main audio interface by your iPad.

With an external USB powerbank:
