How to update my device firmware?
First, make sure to connect your unit directly to the computer via USB without using any kind of USB HUB, Extension, Adapter or Dock.
If your computer has USB-C ports, then get a proper cable to connect your unit:
- USB-B to USB-C
- microUSB to USB-C
- miniUSB to USB-C
From there please make sure to proceed as described below:
A) Download the latest firmware version from Downloads & Manuals.
B) Open the Midi Control Center (MCC) and click on the Firmware Revision button.
C) Click on “Upgrade".
D) Select the firmware file and click on "Open".
E) Click on "OK" to start the upgrade process.
The firmware update should now run smoothly.
If it doesn't, force the unit to start in Boot Loader mode:
