Arturia Hardware Products Limited Warranty Policy For Products Purchased In The Usa

Arturia warrants Arturia hardware products, when purchased from an authorized Arturia retailer located in the USA, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Two (2) Years from the original date of purchase. Arturia will repair Arturia hardware products found to be defective within that period, at its sole option, without charge for parts or labor provided its failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship. Arturia may require proof of the original purchase date in the form of a dated copy of the original authorized dealer’s invoice or sales receipt. This is a LIMITED WARRANTY.

The Arturia hardware limited warranty is offered solely to hardware products purchased from an Authorized Arturia Reseller (defined as a reseller which has purchased the product directly from Arturia France or Arturia US).

More Details

Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges to transport product to Arturia’s specified authorized service center. An RMA or return merchandise authorization is required and can be requested by contacting Arturia at https://www.arturia.com/support/askforhelp/issues. You may need to log in first. Please include serial number, description of the problem, and full contact information. Arturia will pay for shipping and freight charges, within the U.S., to return your product after service is complete.

This Limited Warranty only applies to Arturia hardware products purchased as NEW from an authorized Arturia retailer in the following countries (individually a “Country” and collectively the “Territory”): UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This Limited Warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product including its software. Arturia does not authorize any third party, including any dealer, retailer or sales representative to make any warranty for Arturia, or to assume any liability on behalf of Arturia.


Arturia shall NOT be liable for, and this Limited Warranty does not apply to Arturia hardware products:

  • Purchased from an un-authorized Arturia retailers. (on-line or in-store sales)
  • Returned without proof of purchase.
  • Damaged by abuse, lighting damage, or acts of God.
  • Altered, modified, or missing identification information.
  • Damaged during transit. Sender should contact the shipper for proper claims procedures in the event of damage or loss resulting from shipment. When returning products to Arturia for repair or replacement, sender assumes all risk of loss or damage until product is accepted by Arturia's authorized service center. Insurance is strongly suggested.

THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY ARTURIA AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEEDING THE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. UPON EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD DESIGNATED ABOVE, ARTURIA SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTURIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ARTURIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE OR CLAIMS. ARTURIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


This Limited Warranty gives U.S. purchasers’ specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State. Arturia's entire liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the actual purchase price paid for the defective product.


Governing Law:

For all products purchased in the United States of America, the laws of the State of California shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
