Sales Administration and Logistics Assistant

POSITION:

Then this may be the opportunity for you! As our Sales Administration and Logistics Assistant you'll provide support in data analysis, logistics management, and sales-related operations. Job responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and sell-through data
  • Use the ERP system to enter Purchase Orders, generate Delivery Orders and Invoices
  • Follow logistics with Arturia France and US warehouse
  • Communicate with sales reps, collect and review their activity reports
  • Assist in the definition of sales targets
  • Assist or manage sales-related operations (email blasts, newsletters, co-op mailings, promotional material...)
  • Actively place phone calls to dealers to secure orders
  • Follow-up with dealers on invoice payments with Arturia Accounting
  • Handle our spare parts stock and send what is needed to our clients, dealers and repair center

Who are we looking for:

  • Mastery of Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Good attitude and helpful nature
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Some knowledge of current electronic music software and hardware is preferred, but not required.
